Articulate 360 No subscription loop

We’ve resolved the issue that was preventing Creators from signing in to the Articulate 360 desktop app. Everything should now be functioning normally, though we’re continuing to monitor performance to ensure stability.
We appreciate your patience while we worked through this!
I had this problem yesterday, and am having it again this evening.

Thanks for sharing that, meganjames82, that sounds frustrating, especially having it come back after things were working again.
Since this was related to the earlier sign-in issue, it’s possible you’re still seeing some residual effects while things stabilize.
If you haven’t already, it may be worth:
- Signing out and back in to the Articulate 360 desktop app
- Clearing your default browser cache
If the issue continues, it would be a good idea to reach out to our support team so they can take a closer look at your account and environment.
