can you share a story file with other uses
As with any computer file, you can transfer a .story file to someone else. They would be able to open it if they have an active Articulate license.
A .story file should always be opened from a local drive (not over a network). So if multiple people need to edit the same project, they need to have a good version-control process for transferring the file back and forth.
