Articulate compatible translation options

I am currently looking for the best options for translation that is compatible with Articulate, this includes closed captioning and text. Also, is there a way with closed captioning to allow translation options within a course/video without having a separately translated course? I most often utilize Rise 360 for course creation and want to make sure that options work with Rise as well as Storyline 360.
