Will Articulate Rise ever be able to support multiple languages in one course?
If we do not want 15 individual translated courses of an English course, we have been forced to create the English course, then duplicate that course two times, (so there are 3 versions temporarily), export xliff file from copied (2nd) course, import translated language to that same copied (2nd) course, copy THAT lesson to the 3rd course...then...go back to 2nd course and import the next language, then copy THAT lesson to the 3rd course, then move on to the 3rd language, etc...until that 3rd course has all 15 languages in one course. We start the course with 'Choose Your Language' and have buttons to jump to each translated lesson. Eventually, we can delete that 2nd course and be left with the original (as a backup and to hold onto in case we need more languages in the future) and the final versions. Is there a plan for a better way in the future? Thank you.

Hi Sandra,
I appreciate you taking the time to share what you’d like to see in Rise 360. We currently have this logged as a feature request, so I’ll go ahead and include your voice. We’ll update this discussion if this feature makes it on our feature roadmap.
Thanks for reaching out!

Yes, I hope to see this feature coming soon. Like is possible in Storyline: user can decide English or Dutch (or any other language of course), followed by a quiz in English or Dutch, 80% correct to pass

Hello, thank you for bringing up this point. @John: could you update us on the timeframe in which we may see this update coming?
We also would love to have a button at the start of a course to select a language and roll out the rest of the e-learning in the selected language.
Thanks. - PatrickWalth414Community Member
Any update on this one?

This is something we are looking for aswell! It is getting really important in times where the staff is getting more and more international!

I agree; a Language Selection button. I live in France and have clients in the US and Canada as well. Multi-language is essential.

I'd love to hear about this as well. Any development as to when the multi language course option will be available on Rise?
Hello Serra! We don't have any news yet regarding this feature.
You're in the right place. We'll post updates to this thread as soon as we receive them.

Just jumping in here to give this requirement another vote. We are moving to Articulate Rise from a different authoring tool and this is one of our "lost" features. We have a number of translations across multiple courses.

What other tool are you using?

Also jumping in to vote for this to be a feature that is available soon! In the meantime, is the scenario the original poster detailed the best/only way to accomplish multi-language selection for Rise courses?

Hello! A multi-language option would be extremely helpful.
