This is an UNHELPFUL auto response. Glad the team is working on resolving the downtime. I see it happens every couple of months.

      Hi RiikkaH,

I'm sorry to hear about the trouble publishing your Rise course to Review 360.

To see if I can replicate the issue, I tried to publish a sample Rise course and could do so without errors.

Does the error happen when publishing a new Rise course with a single lesson, or is it only observed in a particular Rise course?

If it happens in all of your Rise courses, and you're already using the latest version of a supported browser, I recommend clearing your browser cookies or cache and seeing if it helps.

If the issue persists, could I have you connect with us in a case so we can determine what's happening? We'll reach out soon after we hear from you.

The error happened when re-publisihing the content for the review. I followed your instructions and clearing the cache helped. Thank you!
