My institution has a team account and just recently renewed. Since renewal when I open my articulate desktop app, it only shows Articulate Training, Review 360, and Rise 360 but not Storyline, which...

I'm sorry you've hit this snag with the Articulate desktop apps; I'm happy to help!
This is usually resolved by restarting the computer. If the issue persists, please try the following:
- Open Task Manager and End process all 360 services, namely, Articulate 360 Desktop services and Articulate 360 Desktop App.
- Then, relaunch the Desktop App.
With your permission, we would also like to look at the Articulate 360 logs from your computer to find out what's happening. We'll delete them when we're done troubleshooting. This article explains how to export the logs to a zip file on your desktop. Then, you can upload the zip file privately here, so that our Customer Support Engineers can take a look.
