Articulate Download Error

I'm looking for a support team but do not see a phone number, email, or anything except articles as far as a support team at Articulate. Am I overlooking something here?

When trying to download Articulate 360, I'm getting an error that that says "Not enough disc space (I've cleared my disc and my computer is almost new) or the installation folder contents have have moved, renamed, or deleted: Error: 80070643."
