Articulate Rise - Video download
I created a course in Articulate Rise that included several videos, but I’ve lost the original source files. I only need the videos now—Is there any way to download them directly from the Rise course?
Hello,
You should be able to access the videos by publishing the course.
Try publishing the course and choose Web output. Save the course to your local hard drive. Unzip the course and look in the assets folder inside the content folder. You may find your videos here, or in subsequent subfolders.

Great solution shared above. Publishing to web output and extracting from the assets folder is definitely the cleanest approach. One additional tip worth mentioning for anyone who originally sourced their Rise video content from social media platforms like Instagram. If the original video files came from there and are no longer available locally, a browser based tool like indown.mobi can help recover the original quality video file from public post URLs before re-importing into Rise. This has saved me time when rebuilding courses where social media sourced video assets were lost along with the Rise source files.
