Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud to see if it will load there? Performing this test will help you isolate if an issue is occurring only on a specific LMS. The error message in the screenshot shows that the issue isn't likely browser related, so we suggest focusing your tests on the LMS environment. Some additional questions to help isolate the behavior:
- Does your course open when you publish it for web distribution? How about to Review 360?
- Have you tried importing the original slides over to a new project file and publishing the new file?
If your course also doesn't launch in SCORM Cloud, we'll need to take a look at it to identify what's causing the behavior. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or in private by opening a support case for troubleshooting? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
