Articulate login issue

It's regarding Articulate credentials. I got the mail for the subscription. I click on the link but unfortunately, it's not working. I am able to log in on the browser but am not able to log in Articulate 360 Desktop app (which I downloaded from the articulate website) error is " no Subscription" and on the browser its shows as This site can't be reached.

 

I like to highlight, I used the same email id for a one-month free subscription.
