Articulate Review - courses not showing

Hello, Trying to share a course from Articulate Review today and noticed that nothing is showing up for any of the courses I've uploaded. It's just a blank grey screen. Anybody else having this pr...

Hi Alyssa,

It's happening for all of the Rise courses in Articulate Review. Oddly, the Storyline courses I have in there do show up. It's just the Rise courses that do not.

I just checked IE instead of Chrome, and they show up for me in IE. So that's good. Not sure why they don't show up in Chrome because I never had this problem before until today.

    Hi Matt,

    Thanks for that clue about Chrome.  I've opened a priority support case with our engineers since you have a Team subscription.  🙌 You should be hearing from someone soon!  I'll follow along as well so I can update this discussion with the outcome.
