Articulate Review issue - file isn't there anymore

Some of our modules were uploaded to Review weeks ago and suddenly they've stopped working. My colleagues and our...
I am also experiencing this issue. I've asked them to clear their cache and change browsers but they are still receiving the same error. Please advise!
