Articulate Review issue - file isn't there anymore

Some of our modules were uploaded to Review weeks ago and suddenly they've stopped working. My colleagues and our...
We are experiencing the same issue - is this an Articulate problem? Tried re-uploading the file. Colleagues could see it for a short time but then it disappears again. Any help today would be appreciated as client is currently reviewing.
