Articulate Review Requiring Sign In To Comment

Hi Mary Kate,

Thanks for opening up a case! It looks like my teammate, Renson, was able to identify that one of your SMEs was connected to an AID.

Keep at it with him and let him know if you're other SME is still unable to access properly! I'll keep an eye on the case as well to share any helpful insight here!

Thanks for the help. Our IT team is looking at the whitelisted domains and is updating Zscaler to allow access.
