Articulate Review Requiring Sign In To Comment

I am having the same issues. My client (sap.com) is not able to do a Review without signing in. None of them has ever had an account. How did you fix this?
There was something that our IT Security group had to do to fix this for us. I don't remember the details but it was on our side, not Articulate's.
