Articulate Rise - embed video not working

I am revising an Articulate Rise course developed by my team about 5 years ago. All of the text/image based changes have been fine to implement, but I am trying to update/revise an embed...
Thank you Eric - I am working with our IT dept. to see if there could be an issue on our end. If not, I will follow up. But please note, I have attempted both the URL and the iframe - neither are working.
