Articulate Rise 360 Collaborators - Non-Licensed Users
When I was evaluating this software, I was able to create a project with the single license that I had been assigned and was able to add collaborators. They would receive an email requesting that they set up an account and after doing so would have access to the project/course to edit.
I have an Articulate 360 Team license with 10 seats. When I tried to register a collaborator to a project/course that I created, it would only do so if they were a registered user and had one of the seats allocated.
Does this mean that you can no longer invite others to collaborate on a project if they have not been registered with one of the available team licenses?

Hi Peter,
You can only assign someone to be a collaborator if they have a current Teams Account which requires a paid teams seat.

That is what I thought. Thanks for confirming Karl.
