Articulate Rise: Hiding the Page Title Area

I wanted to use Rise to make sales presentations for my training but with the title area and start button, plus lesson labels, I have to use a different software when Rise would be perfect. It's a pain that Rise isn't flexible enough to use for interactive presentations.
