Articulate Rise Not Loading

Hello! Articulate Rise has been struggling to load for me all day. When it did load, I'd be in a course for a minute or two before I got the 'Your session has timed out' screen. Now it's stuck on co...

We've had similar issues. Some Rise packages would load, others wouldn't. How we solved it was the following:

  • Open the course.
  • Go to the "Reports" setting.
  • Select the users having issues.
  • Scroll to the bottom and select "Delete Selected Attempts".
