Articulate Rise Not Loading
Hello! Articulate Rise has been struggling to load for me all day. When it did load, I'd be in a course for a minute or two before I got the 'Your session has timed out' screen. Now it's stuck on course loading indefinitely, it seems.
I've checked my Internet speed and it's great, no problems with any other cloud-based software or websites, and no problems reported on Articulates Status page.
Can anyone help?

Hi!
I am experiencing the same issues, when i load the page a automatic download happens instead and page remains on same page and not loading.
Hi Learning CBAM!
Sorry to hear your Rise 360 courses aren't loading!
Checking our status page, I'm not seeing any downtime reported. I was able to load Rise 360 lessons without trouble, on my end. To clarify, does this issue occur across all supported browsers, or is it local to one? Also, does clearing the browser's cache make any improvement?
If not, seeing a screen recording of the behavior as you are experiencing it on your end would be helpful. Feel free to share that here in the discussion or privately through a support case.

I am experiencing this also. I have added two Rise microlearning courses to a Storyline course via the Web Object feature. One of the Rise courses works fine; the other (in the same course) will not load. Any ideas on what could cause this? Ideas on how to correct it?
Hi Kim!
Sorry to hear you've run into this setback!
Do you mind clarifying how you were viewing the Storyline course when you noticed this behavior? After publishing to Review 360, Web, or LMS? Also, does the same issue occur across all browsers, or is it local to one?
If you're comfortable sharing the .story file that's giving you trouble, we'd be happy to take a closer look and test it on our end. Feel free to upload a copy here in the discussion or privately through a support case. In the meantime, this article outlines some of the common reasons why a Web Object may be missing from published output.
