Articulate Rise SCORM Completion Issue
We recently launched a new SCORM course created with Articulate Rise, and it has come to our attention that some individuals are encountering issues with the completion status. Strangely, when our internal team tests the course, we are unable to replicate the error, and the completion status appears as expected.
Despite the majority of our users—over 1500—successfully completing the course without any issues, there are approximately 150 individuals who seem to be stuck with the completion error. We are reaching out to the community to inquire if anyone has faced a similar challenge with Articulate Rise SCORM courses.
If you have any insights, experiences, or potential solutions to share, we would greatly appreciate your input. It's a puzzling situation, and your expertise could be instrumental in resolving this completion discrepancy.

Hi Anton,
We are experiencing the same issue. I'm curious, what LMS are you using? We are using Workday. Historically we were using Brainshark as a content creation tool and ran into a similar issue. Often it was resolved when the employee enabled cookies prior to completing the course. I was hoping we didn't have to do that again, have you heard any feedback from Rise about this issue? Looking forward to hearing any information about it.
