Docebo/Storyline SCORM Course Completion Issues
Hi all!
Just asking in case anyone here has come across this issue and possibly has a solution.
Our company LMS is Docebo and at the start of this year we starting using Storyline Simulations as part our online Certifications.
Recently we are having an issue where the SCORM file does not show as completed on Docebo, even when completion criteria are met. I've tested with a Quiz result as the completion tracking metric and I've added a "Course Complete" trigger on the last slide to see if it will force the completion, but we are not having any luck.
These certifications are build with prerequisites, so if the first course doesn't register completion, the user can't continue with the next part of the certification.
Any suggestions or solutions we can try? Getting pretty desperate as customers are not able to complete their training.
This may well be a Docebo issue since it only started happening recently (we have a support ticket open with them as well), but I am asking for help in the hope that someone may have a suggestion that can solve this!
Thanks!
M
Just wanted to add that we found the issue (in case anyone else ever has this problem) - it was an issue with a security certificate on Docebo. Normal triggers are working again. The world is well.

Do you have your tracking boxes checked prior to publishing the SCORM file?

SerenaLoccis656 Yes, I've tested both options, and I changed them before publishing.

My only other thought is to trigger the course with an 'End Object Marker' in the settings menu within the SCORM learning material file. That should trigger the course to complete, allowing users to move to their next course in the Learning Plan. I just uploaded a new SCORM file to Docebo and mine marked as completed correctly.
