Articulate Rise screen freezing when tested on mobile device

Our client tested the linear version of the SCORM output developed in Articulate Rise on a mobile device.

They have come up with the below findings when tested on mobile devices:

1. The screen does not resize in portrait mode, and the result is that the contents are not readible.

2. In landscape mode, the screen mostly resizes but not completely.

3. The module got stuck when moved to a previous slide. Sometimes I can navigate to the next slide, but the module says I first need to complete the content of the previous slide when it has already been completed.

We have also tested the course on a mobile device at our end, and experienced the following issue.

• The screen is getting struck in landscape mode, where the markers contain images with a close button.

Could anyone please advise or suggest solution for this issue.
