Articulate Rise Won't Load

Is anybody else experiencing this problem? My Rise course won't load and gets caught in on the "course loading" screen. My colleague is having a similar issue. Anyone else?

Hi. A colleague that left our organization transferred all her courses to me. Problem is, they don't open. Anyone has solution for this? TIA.

    Hi CIBC. 

    Sorry to hear that the transferred courses won't open for you. I can see that you already reached out to our support engineers and are working with Chester. I hope this gets resolved soon.
