Articulate software appears corrupt error

Thanks for raising this, and I'm sorry to hear about not receiving Eric's email!
I see he recently reached out to the email tied to your E-Learning Heroes profile on 12/29/2020 (6:24 AM EDT) from support@articulate.com. I just resent the response.
To cover every base, let's double-check your spam and junk folders to see if the email is getting caught there. 🤞
In the meantime, I'll share the first troubleshooting step in case others have the same experience:
We support authoring and viewing Articulate content on Surface Pro tablets. First, let's make sure that the .NET framework is enabled. More info here.
