I was trying to replicate the elearning course.

However, my linking the content for "Is Assistance available" and "Is my country covered" not working fine.
It doesn't allow me to add documents or content that opens in another tab?

Use the "Jump to URL/file" trigger to open a website or file in a new tab. (Jumping to another slide or scene will also open those in the same tab.)

Just reconfirming - the link doesn't work when "Previewed". It only works when project is published?

That's correct: outside links don't work in Preview. To ensure you have the correct URL before publishing the course, test it in the Trigger Wizard:
