Articulate Storyline 360 Opening Problem
Hello, I keep getting the attached error every time I try and open SL360 and I can't seem to figure out what is going wrong. It is the same error every time, "Articulate Storyline 360 has stopped working." Before this happens it shows a pop-up telling me to, "Please wait while Windows configures Storyline 360", and right after that I get a pop-up in the lower right hand corner from Sophos Endpoint that says, "Mal/EncPk-ZC detected at C:Program Files (x86)\Articulate\360\Storyline\chrome_elf.dII." Not sure if it is Sophos Endpoint that is stopping it from opening or not, but all of the other Articulate programs open just fine... it's just Storyline. Can you help?
