Articulate Storyline 360 Randomly changing audio files

Hello, I am having this same issue, and I'm on the most recent version of articulate. The audio files of my project are malfunctioning all over the place. Sometimes they don't play, sometimes they play three times at once, sometimes it will just play a different audio that it's not supposed to play at all. Audio files with different lenghts get mixed up, the names are all correct, the mixing up comes from the software, because when i erase completely the wrong audio file from the project (i still need that audio file, but the one im trying to play is more important), it will just find another wrong audio file to play instead of the good one. And the good audio file that is supposed to play works perfectly on another slide. It's driving me crazy.
