Articulate Storyline Cropped Image Transfer Bug
Hi! I created a skeleton image with 10 states. Each state has different cropped version of Normal state. While trying to transfer this image to another story file, each state becomes the mini version of Normal state. They are not cropped, they are resized. Is it possible to transfer this image without losing original states?

Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
Would you mind sharing what program you used to crop your image? And is this issue happening to all of your projects, or just to the skeleton image?
I tested this behavior on my end, but I couldn't replicate it. Here are the steps I took to test:
- Load an image in a Storyline 360 slide
- Create new custom states and crop the image using Storyline 360's built-in crop function.
- Save and import the project file into a new Storyline 360 project.
I've attached a copy of my sample project file so you can compare our results. If the issue is specific to your project file, would you be willing to share a copy here or privately by opening a support case so we can take a closer look at what's happening? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
