I was not able to reproduce this issue. I deliberately failed that question. On the Results screen, I clicked the RETAKE THE ASSESSMENT button that took me all the way back to the start. I was able to move all options in a Sequence Drag-and-Drop interaction, they did not appear locked. See the attached video. Let me know if I'm doing something wrong or different then you do in your test.

Thank you very much for testing this. However, the problem is manifested on our own LMS. Do you have an LMS on your end? If so, then could you please install it on there and test?

I'm happy to jump in and appreciate Nedim's help so far! We also test in SCORM Cloud to rule out an LMS issue. If the problem happens in the LMS but not in SCORM Cloud, we can conclude that the issue is with the LMS and you can reach out to the LMS administrator for assistance.
