Thanks for reaching out and sharing what you are experiencing, but I'm not clear on where you are seeing this message.
Is this error within the software or a published project?
- If within the software: Please be sure that you are using the latest version of Presenter 360, which is Build 8.28.26325.0.
- If within a published project, what version of the software was used to publish? Do you experience the same error when publishing a new version in the latest update?
