Articulte Review Cannot Use Resolve Comments Button

It's often difficult to use the green tick resolve comments button on Articulate Review as it's obscured by the text ...
Hello, I am having issues with the Resolve function within Review. When I mark a comment as resolved, the comment reappears as an open item once the screen refreshes or I navigate away from the file.
