Assessment Data in an LMS Report - Unique ID for each Question

Storyline sends identifying data to an LMS. How the LMS interprets the data is reliant upon the individual LMS that's being used. I have seen other members of the community modify a question ID in Storyline by using Javascript. I'll open the floor so they can share suggestions with you!
