Hi,
I'm hoping someone can help.
I've included a quiz in my Rise 360 module and set the retries as 'zero' as I only want them to have one attempt.
My LMS are telling me that the 'retake' bu...
Attempts are usually managed by the LMS, in the case of the setting for one attempt in Rise that is in the instance that has been loaded from the LMS.
There is one thing you can try is to set it to passed/failed. Failed is often terminal in an LMS and will stop further attempts being registered.
