Attachment: File name
Hi Articulate Team,
When a learner downloads an attachment within a course, we've noticed that the file name changes. Please see attachments for an example.
Is there a solution to this problem?...
Hi everyone! We fixed the issue in Rise 360 where extra characters were added to attachment block file names. Please have a look, and let us know if you have any further trouble with your attachment blocks!
Here is what happened to my document. It was uploaded as SolarWinds - ITGC Case Study
We are consistently having the same issue.
