I have the source file attached, and my file also attached.
Its not working for me.

Essentially you need a .gif or .png that has a transparent hole.
You need to create a slider that uses a bitmap as the thumb fill. This bitmap should have a transparent cutout. When the slider thumb is dragged, any object underneath the slider thumb cut out will be visible.
and that seems out of my league..have never used BITMAP.
