Hey Paula. From your description, it sounds like you know what your'e doing with variables, so the issue is most likely in how your course is communicating with your LMS.
Do you know which reporting options you're using in Storyline? Do you know what your LMS is set to receive? When you publish a Storyline course for SCORM or AICC, you get to choose one of these reporting options:
- Passed/Incomplete
- Passed/Failed
- Completed/Incomplete
- Completed/Failed
You could try setting up a SCORM Cloud account to test your Storyline tracking options. SCORM Cloud can help you identify where the issue lies.
