Audio and Video out of sync when using Seekbar

I have audio on both the main timeline and some layers and the result is the same; the images will scrub back and forth depending on where I click on the seekbar, but the audio keeps going.
Hi there, Sam. I was able to scrub through layer audio in this sample. My settings were to pause the timeline of the base layer, and to set the seekbar to allow seeking.
