Audio changed on storyline 360 slides

We had an odd experience today. We imported audio files and synced them. Each audio file is numbered based on the slide. We published the course to Articulate Review and it was reviewed by 3 people. Nobody noticed an issue with  the audio files. We made some additional changes to the course based on feedback and republished to Articulate Review. This time when it was reviewed, 3 of the slides had the same audio. When we looked at the Storyline file, it showed the correct audio file number for those slides but all 3 slides had the same audio.

So, somehow, the audio files changed on their own between publishing the first review and the second one. Anybody else experience this issue or know what the cause might be?

The  files are on the local hard drive and only one person is editing them.
