Audio clips in slides reset to beginning when slide paused

Hi Suzanne and Eric,
We are facing a similar issue: the audio starts at the beginning of the paused slide and is resumed midway.
Our LMS uses an AWS server to host the course. Could you please share your findings and provide us with a solution?
