Audio Cuts out on random slides

We are having the same problem recently in SL3. The course works find in IE, but now that we are using Chrome or MS EDGE Chromium, we are experiencing a problem with the audio cutting out mid-slide. I filed a case, but am hoping that maybe someone has a quick fix?
