Hello,
I'm having the same issue using Presenter 360, the audio cuts out on random slides for some users (it appears and reappears on various slides). I published to Review 360 and had no issues, but the audio cut out for another user.
I also published to the LMS, and the audio cut out as well. I then made a new presentation by reusing the slides and re-importing the audio files (names are short) - same problem.
