Audio Delay When Published But Not When Previewed

Since 2024, we have had massive problems with overlapping audio segments, especially in Edge. To date, Articulate Support has been unable or unwilling to resolve the bug. The vague instructions we received had absolutely no effect.

This is not a minor issue that can be put off indefinitely, but a serious problem that makes it practically impossible for us to create training courses for our customers using Articulate with a clear conscience. The bug has already caused lasting damage to our reputation as a reliable service provider among some of our customers.

Once slides reach a certain level of complexity, it becomes a matter of luck whether media elements are played back at the desired position on the timeline or with random delays. If you jump back and forth between slides or use the progress bar, it gets even worse.
