Bug with audios in the last version of Storyline 360
The audio bug is STILL not properly fixed!
We are still experiencing significant issues with audio segments overlapping, particularly in Edge. The problem is extremely frustrating and Articulate's support has been so negligent during the past two years, that we are seriously considering abandoning Storyline altogether, both within our company and for our customers.

I completely understand how disruptive overlapping audio can be, especially when you’re trying to deliver reliable content to both internal teams and your learners. I noticed that you had previously been working with my colleague Wilbert through a support case.

Hi Steven, thank you very much for reaching out. We are in touch with Wilbert and are ready to make another attempt to resolve the issue. Recent posts on the E-Learning Heroes forum suggest that we are by no means the only ones experiencing this problem. We therefore hope that Articulate will make every effort to find a quick and lasting solution this time.
