Audio delayed. Animations start slightly before audio starts
We reported a year ago that the timing of audio had issues in courses published by SL 360, notably in HTML5.
Since then, the problem has been intermittent and rare. What causes the problem is unk...
It's disappointing when one picks up a problem and search for solutions that you find exactly the same issue has been happening for over 4 years and there is nowhere a solution or work around posted. I have now run into this same issue:
My slide has a background and a AI generated voice clip which plays from the beginning of the slide. About 60 seconds into the slide a square fades in as the narrator talks about the subject.
On the timeline it works fine and when I preview just this one slide it works fine.
If I however preview the scene, the voice clip starts about 2 seconds later causing the "Square" appearing out of sync with the narrator's wording.
Does anyone have any suggestions as I've tried moving things around, inserting other clips/slides ect.
Note that this only seems to happen on the first slide of the scene. (The slide auto advances and because of the syncing, the narrator's text is not complete by the time the jump is made to slide 2.)
Please help.
