Audio does not play on the first slide of a scene
When viewed on mobile device (iPhone and Android tablet), the audio on the first slide in a scene does not play. When I advance to the 2nd slide in the scene, then the audio plays. When go back to 1...
I am having this issue right now, along with a co-worker who experienced it about a month ago. Storyline 360 is updated. Chrome version 84.0.4147.125
I tested in Review360 and in SCORM Cloud. The issue exists in both.
Is this a continuing issue?
