Audio drops from slides inconsistently in Storyline 360 Feb & March 2020
I've been experiencing inconsistent audio dropping issues in February & March 2020. In the past, audio in my courses always sounded perfect. I'm recording audio in Audacity using the recommended for...
Now having the same issue. Sound will not play on any slides in Storyline 360. Sound works for all other apps on my computer. Will file a support ticket.
Update: turns out it was only for one scene, where I also had a problem with images disappear. Looks like the scene got corrupted. Will have to rebuild it.
