Audio files not importing into Storyline 360

Ok, I have them same problem and have the files on the desktop and it is not working. I have also uninstalled, reinstalled, updated SL 360. Thoughts?

- Have you tried importing the audio files into a new project?
- Are you seeing an error message when importing the audio?
- What type of audio files are you importing?
