Audio for some slides not playing

Thanks for sharing a copy of your project file! Can you please point us to the exact section in the course where the audio is not playing correctly? I published your course to Review 360, opened it on Google Chrome, and the audio played just fine for me. Here's the link I used for testing so you can also test it on your end.

Take a look at a slide menu. I want to disable the audio clicks on a button and restart the audio when the learner returns to the main menu.

On Slide 1.8 - Main Menu, I added a Trigger to Play media (AI-Text-to-Speech 1), When the timeline starts on this slide. Now, the audio replays whenever a learner revisits that slide. I've attached a revised copy of your .story file with my reply, for your reference.
On that same slide I noticed two duplicate audio files, announcing the language from the "What is accessibility?" Button. This audio plays once, automatically, whenever a learner first views that slide. Is that part of your intended design?
Also, do you mind clarifying the 'audio clicks on a button' behavior you are looking to disable? And on which slide specifically this occurs? Seeing a screen recording of the issue as you're experiencing it, would be helpful.
