Audio is not publishing from Storyline 360

I am currently having problems with my audio not publishing in Storyline 360. I have published the file multiple ways; Review, CD and for the LMS. However, the audio does play in preview mode. I have checked my settings and everything is set. If anyone have an solution, please feel free to share.

    Let me ask you a few questions to help you troubleshoot the issue:

    • Are you working from a local hard drive? We don't recommend working with files on a network drive.
    • Is this happening with one specific .story file or every time you add audio to a project in Storyline?
    • Have you attempted to repair Storyline 360? Here are the instructions.

    If a repair doesn't solve the issue, or if it's specific to a file, I'd recommend opening a support case with our engineers.
